UCI Summer Support Program
This year we are starting a new model of how we travel to races outside of our state that has been successfully used by other Colorado MTB programs.
This model provides support at the National Level UCI races at an additional cost but streamlines the process for everyone.
This model includes athletes traveling to each race as a team with coaches and chaperones.
These trips will include a 10-person van leaving from Fort Collins, meals together, and lodging for the entirety of the team. This way we continue to build our community and take away some of the logistical hurdles for athletes, and their families, who want to take part.
Each race weekend will have a slightly different cost as a result of distance, lodging, and other related costs. This price also includes the housing for Ciclismo coaches.
We will ask for a commitment from athletes at least 2 months out from each race to make sure that everything is booked in advance with an accurate headcount of athletes.
